For this very reason, it was of utmost importance to make a deliberate effort to seek out the right candidate to sell my beloved home here in Singapore. Having spent many months on painstaking research, watching countless marketing videos and interacting with numerous agents I eventually concluded Khai Rambo was the perfect candidate. Their marketing videos were particularly impressive, always delivered professionally and authentically. They were a great joy to watch. In comparison, most other videos used tactics of hard-selling or were poorly delivered by presenters who were either awkward or unskilful. I have planned to sell my flat within these two years 2020-2022 but only decided to sell it this year 2022, I have been checking on my neighbour’s flats sales record and so I knew how much my flat can fetch but I stayed in low floor and my house interior wasnt that well renovated and thus I have low confidence in selling my flat at higher price. I engaged Khai Rambo to be my agent as I want a trustable and sincere agent too. On our first meeting, he gave me so much assurance when we discussed about my flat and he has confidence to sell my flat at higher price . True enough, he asssisted with the sale of the unit after 3 years at highest record price in the entire development. A much much higher price than I had expected the unit can fetch, a 30% gain in 3 years. I am very thankful for his foresight in that property. Even before the HDB HIP started, he has began actively marketing my unit for me. He even helped me to put up all the plastic coverings for my furniture before the start of the HDB renovation work. He took the time to hear us out, understand our needs, and tried to find a win win situation for us, but unfortunately we were not able to complete that transaction. We carried on looking for a place and he checked in with us periodically. During meetup he came prepared giving a brief of what he has done, achieved and what he think he will do to sell our unit. No unnecessary flowery marketing talk just practical things he think will help sell our unit. He also gave a brief but practical analysis on our unit and how it can be marketed. He provided macro info such as where may the pool of potential buyer come from. Upon signing up with him, he has his partner to take photos and upload the posting on the day itself. He has engaged other channels as well I believe as every week there is bound to have at least viewing with most weeks viewings and above.
